About us

The idea for the TwinTrailer was already there in 2006! Our goal was to bring an innovative and multifunctional trailer to the market. In 2009 a first prototype was developed and we started doing market research. In 2011, we made the following prototypes, TwinTech bvba was founded and the patent filed. In 2012, our model TT35-35 was born! Then the company really got off to a good start: production was started via subcontractors, we made a promotional film and soon had a collaboration with our first 9 dealers. In 2015 we introduced the TT35-40 model and further expanded to 30 dealers in the Netherlands and Belgium. We invested in extra transport and received a European patent. Since 2017, our production has been under our own management in Deinze and we added dealers in France, West Germany and Finland. The following year we released our three-axle TR35-40, further conquered the German and Austrian markets and participated in trade fairs in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. In 2019, two more models were added to our list of achievements: the TT27-30 and the TT30-30. We celebrated the 1000th TwinTrailer, found dealers in Switzerland and attended various trade fairs. Meanwhile, the counter is already on more than 2000 TwinTrailers.

After years of experience in a mechanical engineering design environment, we want to use our technical expertise to excel in our profession and bring innovative trailers to the market. Quality and efficiency are important core values of our company that are a real driver to belong to the highest class in our market. We are always looking for the best way and the best materials to optimize our products. With the help of our customers, their feedback and their ideas during the development process of the TwinTrailer we aim to build a trailer that meets all the demands of our customers. It is our goal to develop and build a trailer that is a fair and honest product with consideration of the economic, ecological and personal aspects.

With this information we get to work and ensure that the customer experiences the comfort of our products tailored to his needs. In this way we strive for a high customer satisfaction. We attach great importance to efficiency, quality and safety. Therefore every piece of the TwinTrailer is carefully studied and extensively tested to guarantee its reliability. We want to improve products and parts that were customarily made the same way. To do this we use established technologies to assure the reliability but approach this with an innovative angle. We invest a lot of energy in developing systems to build a trailer which is as practical as it can be. This to guarantee and optimize safety and the user’s comfort.

The TwinTrailer is a unique trailer with double function that was designed with passion a for innovation while taking into account efficiency and solidity. All our designs are made in 3D to determine and optimize the strength of our structures through simulations while keeping an eye on the total weight. We use materials of high quality that are tested and evaluated on the basis of multiple prototypes. They are intensively examined with regard to durability, solidity and sturdiness.
